Xinyu Ma's Graduation
Congratulations to Xinyu Ma on earning his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA!
His dissertation, Towards Decentralized Applications, investigates how Named Data Networking can support decentralized applications by giving users direct control over identities and data. The work develops practical building blocks for decentralized communication, storage, and collaboration without dependence on centralized service providers.
We congratulate Xinyu on this achievement and wish him continued success at Meta.
